How do WhatsApp and SMS alerts work on Enterprise? ▾
Enterprise customers configure phone numbers and WhatsApp accounts in Settings. ReNewIQ sends automated alerts 90, 60, 30, and 7 days before a contract expires across all four channels simultaneously.
Is there a free trial for paid plans? ▾
Yes — all three plans (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise) include a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. You'll receive a reminder 7 days before your trial ends, giving you time to decide whether to continue.
